Pros

Stable company and follows US holidays. IF you are seeking for leniency of the job (for some ) and not the pay go and work for this company.

Cons

Poor management , office politics, favors some people and provide them a a better career path. Facilities the worse! Running out of tissues in the bathroom, no dishwashing soap, seldom clean the office floors (with carpets) and no decent sleeping quarters for their employees to take a nap during their break times. This company do not honor their senior employees beside they let them go because they are more concerned about the money to be saved if they hire new employees. You cannot compare apples with lemons, US Site I've heard that is 10x more favorable to work as compared to Manila. Some accounts in our department are working like dogs and in return, they don't have any kind of incentives its either Manila managers are putting them in their pockets or simply US Ingram Micro doesn't care at all. No career growth and salary is stagnant.

Toxic environment last several years from US ELT; Not people-first mentality; Public company pressures and metrics impacting day-to-day associates and expectations; Fear tactic implementation; Pay scales are widely vast and unjustified even based on merit, experience, and talent losing retention of resources; Lack of communication by leadership on roadmap for awareness to our resellers and vendors- lack of trust and execution with go to market objectives; Losing customer business due to no support teams in place in the big bet areas of the company (Cloud and Platform);
