Pros

Nothing that I can imagine of. Some seniors are God sent on earth. But rest of the company seniors are pathetic.

Cons

Company calls for documents prior to release of offer letter and then they trade the personal documents for commercial purposes. Some employees engage themselves in illegal activities. Hire and Fire is frequently seen in company. Regularity issue is the excuse given by company to sack employees when company can't afford to pay salary(For this company changes previous policy to prove their point). While calling for documents prior to joining the company agrees verbally to offer you the expected CTC and later offer some miserable and unacceptable salary that you can't accept. There are job consultant hired by company that operate from the company. These are consultant that threatens you with permanent blacklisting from company if you don't accept company offer and don't join the company. There is certainly a lobby between the company and consultant. Company claims to be fortune 500 company every year but in reality the company was a fortune 500 company list only for one year... The behaviour of the company and some of its employees does never match with tag of fortune 500 company. These are my personal experience in Mumbai office. I would strongly recommended anyone to NOT JOIN this company in my opinion and view point and from the experience that I had.

Toxic environment last several years from US ELT; Not people-first mentality; Public company pressures and metrics impacting day-to-day associates and expectations; Fear tactic implementation; Pay scales are widely vast and unjustified even based on merit, experience, and talent losing retention of resources; Lack of communication by leadership on roadmap for awareness to our resellers and vendors- lack of trust and execution with go to market objectives; Losing customer business due to no support teams in place in the big bet areas of the company (Cloud and Platform);
