Tech jobs only for Indians - oh .. forget work/life balance - Senior Product Manager Ingram Micro Employee Review

1. Low pay and no desire to support career growth. 2. Recently everyone being hired / promoted is based on being Indian it seems in the Tech dept. 3. HR never ever finds out how employees are doing - no thought about work life balance at all - work all time zones without comp days 4. Hiring directors that have no clue about what product management is - just the old-school style of threatening people to work weekends and odd hours 5. No planning - no thought given to how to properly do things. Execs overcommit and want to force people to work long hours 6. Preference to hire offshore in that one place where all the new hires are being picked from 7. Very loud and obnoxious CDO that says weird things 8. A very dictatorial environment - blind leading the blind - they actually start clapping for the CDO - this office has turned into brown-nosing central.
