The co-workers were the best part! They helped make the days bearable and encouraged you to push yourself no matter where it lead you!
Cons
Upper management! Your not an equal! Very few managers treat you as a helper and not a stepping stone to only better themselves. This isn't a company to move up through, it's just a job! Understand that going in and you want be let down. All that glitters isn't gold.
