      Diversity & Inclusion is championed here which is nice to see.

      Cons

      - Inadequate support & training given - Unempathetic and unaccountable senior management who for the most part care only about performance rather than employee satisfaction or workplace culture. - Unworkable size caseloads compared to what was promised at interview. - Unreasonable targets worded as 'ambitious' set both individually and collectively for 'Job Starts & Outcomes' across the business. - Lack of opportunity for career development

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
