      Great sense of team and values Invests in the development of its people. As long as you put the effort in, your managers will too Cares about staff Ingeus has its own Continuous Improvement Academy, where you have the opportunity to work on your own development and earn accredited qualifications

      Cons

      Has had a habit in the past of working in silos in divisions and therefore not working in the smartest way, although a lot of work is going into changing this

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
