I’m sorry to hear that you had these concerns whilst working at Ingeus. Our values ask that everyone cares for and respects for one another, including listening to others’ views and supporting each other. This applies as much to people who manage and as it does to people being managed. It sounds like you experienced something different during your time with us and your reference to bullying – amongst other things - concerns me.
