Pros

Infuse is a smaller agency which allows it to be pretty nimble. The core team are friendly, capable people that I enjoyed working with.

Cons

It's challenging working for an agency where demands can change quickly and frequently. That may be more or less enjoyable depending on a person's temperament.

Pros

Such a fun company culture, they have some really great people that work there. It feels like the management team really wants you to succeed and be happy. While you are working on your assigned projects and tasks, there are also so many opportunities to learn new skills and explore different avenues. Plus, they had excellent benefits and perks! Between the strong team support, and fast growth/development, I highly recommend this company.

Cons

Same struggles you face when working with a smaller organization (as opposed to a big corporation). Sometimes you wear many different hats, sometimes it feels like you are jumping from one area to another quite fast - but these are all factors that I grew to appreciate!

Pros

- Not venture-backed. It does not have to deal with the external pressures associated with such startups. - Work-life balance is respected. You don't have to stay late to prove your worth. You will be recognized and respected for your work as long as you are productive, consistent and focused during core hours. - Flexible within reason. When life gets in the way, we are free to make the time on our own schedule. - Easy commute. The office is right next to the Montgomery bart station. - Great vacation and health benefits. We also get the ability to work from home twice a month, and 1 week during the holidays. - Intelligent and well-rounded people. This team is made up of some bright minds, and they value team members that have multiple interests and hobbies. - Involved in the community. The team-bonding events are focused around volunteering in the bay area. - Strong and sensible leadership. The CEO and the team that steers the ship are invested in the growth of each team member, as opposed to serving their own interest.
