Pros
- You have the autonomy a lot of companies advertise. But at Infraspeak is for real, not only roadmap but strategy. It has the obvious "downside" of being accountable - The culture and environment is actually great. It's noticeable if you check the turnover and amount of people working at Infraspeak for more than 4+ years - The Product team is still kind of small, resulting not only in mutual help and collaboration but also in growing opportunities - Although small the Product team has surprisingly very senior traits, good processes and very developed skills as a whole (which has been a constant feedback from new hires and interviews)
Cons
- Salary is not as competitive but PPR is a good advantage that balances it. Plus, the conservative approach on money has resulted in a very stable company without layoffs or a huge dependency on investment rouds - The standards are very high for the Product team, and the team delivers a lot of quality work. So what's expected from a PM at Infraspeak vs what the market expects it's different
