Too Much Chaos not enough pay - Thermographer Infrared Testing Employee Review

Great job if you love to travel domestically and internationally. Company provided credit card for expenses, car rentals, and great support system within the office. Certification provided once trained, and the thermographers out in the field provide support even after training is completed. Hours working can be short at times, which provides a great opportunity to go out and venture in the area where you are working. Airline miles that are racked up can be used for personal travel and upgrades, and are not kept by the company. Overall a great experience.

Travel, but as stated above, comes with the benefits of seeing new and exciting places. Wish I could have stayed.

Its nice working in the downtown area

Small company. Owner and President is very confrontational about everything. This is a very hostile environment. No room for growth. Owner is a sexiest that believe that only women should answer the phones. The owner calls the employees names such as moron and idiots when a problem arises. You are promised an annual salary upon hired only to be nickel and dime out of your paycheck per pay period. All positioned are overworked with no compensation of overtime, or etc. Because the management is too cheap to hire help. They would rather pocket the extra money. Each day is a merry-go-round you don't know what form of mental cruelty you are going to suffer that day. Honestly this guy needs to be sued for so many violation of the labor law. So many employees end up with heavy health issued due to the amount of stress that is endured on a daily basis. The perfect term to sum this company is up "ALL BAD"
