Worst company and ***"No Salery"****** - Anonymous employee InfraWebSoft Technologies Employee Review

WRONG, Salary gets late not for 1-2 days but 3-4 months. Its already November Month passed and still lots of employees have not been paid since SEPTEMBER month. Boss says that he don't have funds. If he don't have funds then why he is hiring new people with big salaries? Why there are 3 - 3 HR who do nothing except clicking selfies, Gossips, Politics and online shopping. Why they have been creating fiascos? How the company will pay to new employees if it can't afford the salary of old employees. Projects have been delivered on time. Even I have delivered three Mobile app projects worth for $8500 each. Management is making excuses. No matters what issues they have. Each employee must be paid on time because we are living far from our family and home and we have our own expenses. If the employees could support the organisation at its bad time then it should be responsibility of the management to take care of each employee.

Only gossips and politics. Nothing more than that.

I think there is some dedicated staff or person who put such good comments for a company which is good for nothing. They will create a hype that the company is very friendly but when you need to take a leave for 3 or more days, get ready that you will be fired. Good luck Shishir and keep in mind that you are not the supreme power . And you can't hide your actual reputation by writing fake positive reviews and everyone in Mohali knows about you. I would like to advise you guys not to join this company otherwise you will be trapped in a cage and will be forced to work without salary .So better get in touch with a former employee before joining and you will get the actual feedback.
