- Fraudulent methods used to recruit talents like keeping(under the pretext of the verification) your marks cards for indefinite time and refusing to provide an acknowledgement.
- Not paying salary on time and full including non-payment without communicating the reason for doing so.
- Zero leaves. Only loss of payment leaves
- No process whatsoever, no formal communication by Management(absolutely none). All instructions/communication happens orally.
I have seen a steady growth in this company. Management is always there to listen to our concerns. Team is very supportive. Company Owners are excellent. They are always open for ideas. Company gives a nice platform for innovation and creativity.
Cons
Haven't seen so far. Even if there is an issue, the management is always ready to hear the issue and resolve to the best extent.
