Benefits are okay, not the best and not the worst.

This is a software company with no dedicated QA. This is unheard of in this industry. The flagship software is dated with no plans to update. It is one Windows update away from being dead in the water. The work environment in the Denver office is not team oriented. Management isn't willing to listen to others ideas and is not supportive of personal or professional growth. Another reviewers mentioned being "thrown under the bus" for project failures, this is real, it happened to me. If your looking for a company that will kill your career this is the place for you!!! Absolutely NO room for growth.
