Pros

hybrid work mode work life balance good culture

Cons

My experience with this company was disappointing, especially from an HR and employee treatment standpoint. The letter of offer lacked clarity, with vague terms and no specifics regarding salary increments or progression — leaving employees in the dark about their future. The HR team, unfortunately, did not inspire confidence. Communication often felt misleading, and attempts to get straight answers were met with evasive responses. There was a clear lack of transparency and accountability, making it difficult to trust the system or feel secure in your role. Employees are treated as easily replaceable, with little effort made toward retention, recognition, or career development. It gives the impression that people are resources — not valued contributors. It’s one of the most disengaging environments I’ve encountered in terms of HR professionalism.

Pros

Relatively stable. Instead of being fired, if a contract with a client ends or the client is overstaffed. you are moved to another client. Clean facilities.

Cons

You have to weekly put in your hours in a system that can be troublesome. Work heavily depends on client you are put with. No remote possibilities at all even if the work can be completely remotely. Pay increases are limited to nonexistent unless switching to a trainer or team lead position. Equipment is outdated and problematic unless the client provides their own. Bad employee retention. Depending on client, training can be completely irrelevant to the actual job.
