      Nothing wrong with the staff, but the Management and Board were very poor. Good team members supporting each other.

      Cons

      Managment / Board did not have common sense, leadership qualities or good manners. Did not seem to be completely honest with staff or customers.

      Pros

      Made some greats friends and the company seemed to have plenty of promise and potential.

      Cons

      Management promise a lot and totally fail to deliver. That generated a lack of trust and a swamp of negativity.
