You have to know how to be flexible and adaptable, this isn’t a bad thing if you enjoy that but it’s something to consider when considering new roles.

Remote options were available. The PTO was provided upfront which allowed employees to manage their time off rather than waiting for accruals.

No room for advancement with salary increase. Performance reviews were not conducted so it was difficult to get feedback for improvement.
