Pros

Well they'll make you good interview cheaters if that is what you want to become.

Cons

Unreasonable Employment Contracts & Financial Penalties: Before joining, I was required to sign multiple unclear and heavily one-sided documents. The employment bond includes a term that stipulates a significant financial penalty if an employee leaves within the first six months. Similarly, a separate agreement for project placements adds an additional, substantial fee for leaving a project early. Forced Unethical Practices: The company’s business model involves placing employees with clients. To secure these roles, the company actively encourages and facilitates unethical practices during interviews. This includes having a third party provide answers in real-time via video call, and recording client interviews to share with other candidates. When I refused to participate, I was pressured to conform. CV Misrepresentation: The company modifies and exaggerates employee CVs, adding false experience to secure contracts. They use a "marketing agreement" to justify their right to "change" a candidate's CV. Employees who object to this are pressured into compliance. Lack of Transparency with Clients: During projects, employees are instructed to conceal their employment status with the company. The company handles all communication with the client directly, often without the employee's knowledge, and takes a portion of the employee's earnings. Impersonation and Misuse of "Right to Represent" Agreement: The company created a personal email account and used it to impersonate me in communications with a third-party vendor. While the company cited a "Right to Represent" agreement, this action is a form of impersonation and goes beyond the scope of a typical representation agreement. Aggressive Exit Penalties: The company will attempt to extract the maximum amount of money from you if you decide to leave. The immense pressure and stress associated with this environment can significantly impact your mental health, often to the point of needing to see a GP. Be aware that you may need to submit medical documentation, as this is a legitimate and often necessary method to navigate the exit process and protect yourself. High Risk of Termination: Even with cheating during interviews, there is a high risk of being fired on the first day or during training if you cannot pass their initial coding assessments. It is a very risky move to leave a secure job to join this company, as termination can occur within the first week.
