Working at Infomentum feels like being on a poorly built ship where the crew is constantly bailing water while the captain blames them for the leaks. The combination of weak project leadership, a punitive culture, zero reward for extra effort, and a blatant disregard for work-life balance makes for a deeply frustrating and professionally stunting experience. My advice is to look elsewhere unless you have explicit, written guarantees of working on a specific project with a proven manager.
