Good Company - Manager Infokall Employee Review

This refers only to the part of Infokall in software consulting. I have had no interaction with the core wireless business. Pros: They have a good marketing team. They are effective at placements. As far as body shopping companies go, they are somewhat transparent.

The part of Infokall that I work for is closely connected with Sorftware Research Group, America (S.R.G America). The review is not relavant to any other part of the company. The management is the same. The For all intents and purposes, this division is strictly a body shopping firm. There are no benefits. Health insurance is available, but must be purchased. For families, the price of insurance amounts to a subsidy, for anyone who is single, outside insurance is cheaper. The pay is a percentage of the billing rate and there is no pay during holidays and vacations. The percentage of the billing rate is lower than other places comparable places.
