Not many cons to the company.

There are a handful of actually decent people. Benefits / comp are good, but they need to be to put up with the CEO.

CEO is a con-artist. He overbills the only client, yells at / belittles employees, talks negatively about everyone, and is generally a horrible / unethical person. There were red flags even during the interview process and I should have listened to my gut. Zero career progression / opportunities. The CEO sees each person as a set of hours in the day to do whatever off-the-wall activity the CEO thought of overnight. No real organization / goals. The company tries every now and then to focus, but the CEO always goes off the rails 10 seconds later.
