There is no progression or structure. Senior management can’t be bothered in growing the company, work from home whenever they want. People seem to be running their time down before retirement. Obvious favouritism between staff and it’s a case of ‘if your face fits’ management mainly want ‘yes people’ Pay isn’t great, special pay deals and working times for certain people. Commercial manager makes things 100 times worse, constant mistakes and always gets away with it
