No meaningful benefits, lots of OT away from family, sometimes long travel periods with less than 5 days notice, little to no formal training aside from OJT from other untrained technician, mediocre tools issued to get the job done, one man middle management wearing too many hats, a VP that will promise you the world and then talk down to you whenever there is concerns from employees

They pay higher than most, but that's because they don't offer benefits

Terrible work life balance. The management only cares about profit. The company will nickel and dime you every chance they get. Not worth it.
