Pros

None. Zip. Zilch. Nada. Goose egg.

Cons

- Toxic work environment. - Blatant favoritism for the Sales team. Everyone else is a peasant. - Mental abuse from a gaslighting management team that will spin everything you do and say so it looks like *you* are the problem. - A tech company with no interest in progress or ideas.

Pros

If you enjoy constant travel, do not mind being away from home for extended periods, and are comfortable working very long hours, this company may appeal to you. Employees are often expected to spend up to half the year on the road, and the workload can be exhausting. While some people thrive in that environment, others may find the overall culture and work-life balance difficult to tolerate.

Cons

A ridiculous amount of money if you self-book, horrible hotel accommodations if you let them book for you, and then you can’t even get out of the rooms because they use third-party bookings. Unreal flight schedules, 11–12 day stretches with insane hours, relying on sales while not being paid nearly enough, physically exhausting work, disorganized databases, dysfunctional equipment, reps with zero accountability, and management that does little to proactively help the sales team succeed — even though without the salespeople, there is no revenue.
