Coming from a career history of strictly healthcare experience I have finally found a completely different career in which I feel like I was meant to do. My manager has given me all the tools to be successful and thrive in moving up the ladder in my future. IMG feels like a family with tons of positive energy, team players, and the drive to help one another achieve ones goals.

The only downside to working at IMG in my position is watching some people not stay long enough and give it their all to see how much success you can achieve within IMG.

The experience is above no other that I have received. It challenges you everyday to grow and allows you to succeed as hard as you are willing to let yourself. It has goals and available promotion. See and talk to hundreds of new people everyday.

The hours can be long and it will test your ability to be driven through good and bad days.
