Pros

Absolutely none. Everything positive they sell you on is a lie.

Cons

No benefits, pay is rarely what it should be, and advancement is exceptionally rare.

Pros

I've worked here for over 3 years now and first hand seen how hard work can turn into promotions and rewards. I started as an Account Manager and worked my way to Human Resource Director. Throughout my 3 years I have been able to expand my experience through many different duties. The company culture is a real team-work, performance based. The harder you work, the more advancement you may receive.

Cons

Nothing is given to you. If you don't work hard than you can't expect promotions or advancement. This is truly a performance based company, so if you have a competitive mindset and want to win, you would fit in great. If you expect everything to be easy and not have to work than this might not be for you.

Pros

I've been at Infinite for about a year now, and I have a few points to talk about. 1. The corporate culture. At Infinite there is an extremely positive atmosphere that is fostered, and protected, by management and the people working here. The Management Training Program is designed to be tough because the clientele are all Fortune 500 companies and need the very best reps and managers to run offices for them. The culture at Infinite positively supports all people and provides a venue for them to succeed. 2. The standards. At Infinite, there are very high standards for both reps and managers. While performance is important, Infinite focus more on the character of our people, most specifically on the Integrity of both reps and managers. We do this because we represent Fortune 100 and 500 clients. Our clients ask that reps and mangers pass both background and drug screening. Both our clients and Infinite look for quality people. 3. The opportunity. At Infinite, the Management Training Program is designed to be hard on purpose. All of our managers start from entry level and work their way up. I've personally met our 9 extremely talented managers and each and every one started from the bottom. I'm here for the same opportunity to be successful that they have worked so hard for.

Cons

I live in Barrington so it's a longer drive. But worth it.

Thank you for the positive reviews. We appreciate your hard work and dedication. Trust me, if Chicago weather would let us, we would play more sand volleyball!
