Pros

NONE!!! Nothing to be said!

Cons

They grab you in making it seem like it’s the best ever job. They then SLAM you with tons of new customers to implement for a go live date just so they get their revenue, then expect you to drop everything and work endless hours and weekends, as they do NOT care about their employees at all! It’s all about the higher ups making their $$, and employees are their money makers, but they put you as a salaried employee and you work 50-70 hours per week which doesn’t even come out to minimum wage! No one will back you up either and I quit! I was told what a great employee I was but yet they had nothing to say after I quit, so there you have it! Do not work for them, as they promise you the moon, but delivers zero!!

Pros

Infinisource has no doubt gone through transition and growing pains, but wow- have we turned the corner, and the company is definitely on the rise. The leadership team has instituted a stronger culture of employee engagement and clearly invests in people as our strongest asset. Our executive leadership team is engaging and clearly making hard but positive choices for our growing company. Our customers come first and service levels have made dramatic improvements within the last 12 months. We truly strive to make a differrence for our customers by providing them with an application that makes their lives easier - and teams are working together to make this happen. While no company is perfect, it is exciting to be part of something where the vision is clear and most of us feel like we're making a valuable contribution to that end. I personally have grown in the role that I'm in (for almost 2 years now) and have enjoyed watching others grasp opportunities within the company to promote their own career growth as well.

Cons

We continue to "standardize" processes between the 3 locations - and while we're in a much better place, it does take time to normalize the culture across 3 distinct geographical locations.
