      Pros

      Good company for freshers to start the career. Great learning opportunities with their existing projects, Supportive team with great environment and good mentors.

      Cons

      Not good for experienced candidates. Some policies are not that good e.g Leave policy or WFH policy. Even the small things HR needs to confirm with CEO and then will be shared with you. She sometimes act like a school teacher
