      Pros

      Out of my total 5 years journey i had spend more than 2 years as a Tech Support Executive in InextSquad only because the quality work culture and good working environment.

      Cons

      Out of many cons the basic thing i had noticed was the lack of proper office administration which is very much essential from an employee point of view.

      Pros

      I have worked here almost 3 years and the main reason behind is that the quality work culture and a good platform to learn new technology especially in BPO field.

      Cons

      The increment procedure is very slow. And there should be a proper working time specially for those who are working at a night shift.
