Pros

Other Employees are friendly, work environment is professional and upper management is easy to talk to and interact with. Pay is decent, and has a fair PTO system, with some complications. Benefits are nice, though the system for them is confusing at best. Other workers are willing to help on any issues you might have, though some of them don't understand English very well.

Cons

If you are hired in the production area, don't expect to work the job you were hired for. "Wearing many hats" is code there for "expect you to work multiple job types than what you were hired as for the same pay". First 4 months and only a few hours training on the actual job I was hired for in total, expects you to know exactly what you are doing without said training. No desk of your own, instead a workstation with multiple different functions that other employees will interrupt your work to use.

Pros

Free meals twice per week, plenty of snacks, friendly coworkers.

Cons

Inadequate training, lack of orientation/introduction to the company and its products, zero Human Resources, and management will not care about your opinion or do anything about a problem you may have. You are expected to work above and beyond while getting paid a standard rate. Offer letter was not specific enough in terms of tasks listed. You may wait several months before getting a performance review and pay raise. CEO seems to have stopped caring about his employees’ happiness many months ago. Many coworkers will do much less work than you. VP of Production will occasionally cuss people out. He will also expect many of us to work “voluntary”overtime during busier parts of the year. Questionable ethics on which militaries we sell to (we are sometimes asked to speak English, when foreign visitors are here). In 2023, I might have recommended this company. In 2024, I cannot.
