I can't say much about the company because I was only an intern, but they did give me a fair amount of practical experience in a variety of areas. My manager was also pretty laid back.

There were no opportunities for the interns to engage with one another outside of onboarding and our final day.

Internal politics and favoritism are pervasive at this organization. Their primary focus is on enriching upper management and appeasing large customers, rather than supporting their own team members. There is no loyalty to the workers who helped built the company. Some managers prioritize personal relationships over professionalism, leaving no room for career growth. The company frequently makes empty promises and fires employees arbitrarily, often based on baseless rumors spread by favored colleagues. It's a highly cliquish environment where dissenters are quickly ousted, regardless of their tenure or work ethic. Even if you're ill, they expect you to work from home, prioritizing their profits over your health. When they claim to value your contributions and express gratitude, it rarely translates into meaningful raises.
