* Not the ideal workplace to be as advertised * Work hours are Monday through Friday 9am- 5pm.

* Difficult staff to manage * Every click on the computer and every time you pick up the phone is being recorded * Some employee always late and they receive no consequence for it * Micromanaging by upper management * Corporate ALWAYS on property * They don’t allow you as a property manager to make changes to accounts without first checking with RD, RM * Not allowed to do write ups without checking with HR first * Coddle certain employees * Cameras in the office * No safety measures in place for employees * Frowned upon for asking too many questions * Always penny pinching on materials needed on property * Property managers not allowed to make day to day decisions without first checking with upper management * PTO must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance * PTO is accrued at 3.08 per paycheck * Managers are required to work Saturday’s * ALL their properties are in high crime areas of Houston * If you as a manager decide to leave 1 hour early for not taking lunch they don’t like that
