Pros
Overall, Indra is a great company to work in. Culture and colleagues are what will make you stay. Though it still depends on what project you'll be assigned to.
Cons
Downside is the lack of management support especially if you're under an incompetent project manager that can't justify your promotion even if you're qualified/deserving and low compensation especially if you're a homegrown employee.
