Pros

- No pros. Salary may seem OKAY to some people

Cons

- No work will be allocated to the young talent - Will just have to show you're working when the Managers oversee you - 6 Days working - A sales-driven company, others are just busy eating peanuts in office - IHM graduates are the decision-makers and flag bearers of the company. They literally know nothing about how a firm/business functions. - Everyone is busy pleasing Management. - No competitive environment - Worst inter-departmental coordination - No on-time payments made to vendors or stakeholders - The finance department is a joke - A company of misers, don't know the value of support functions in the company

Cons

If you’re considering working with or for this company, think twice. My experience here has been nothing short of exhausting and deeply frustrating. The level of micromanagement is suffocating, every minor detail is scrutinized to the point where it becomes impossible to do your job effectively. There’s zero trust in employees, and it shows in every interaction. The work culture is incredibly toxic. There’s a constant sense of pressure, lack of support, and a general disregard for basic professional respect. Staying back till 10–11 PM is not an exception, it’s an expectation. And what’s worse is that this comes with absolutely no empathy or acknowledgment of personal time or boundaries. Founders calling you at 1AM, 2 AM, 3 AM is also very normal. There were also moments that felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. The way certain interactions and comments were handled made it clear that respect and sensitivity are not priorities here. It often felt like women were not taken seriously or were viewed in a way that crossed professional boundaries. To make matters worse, vendors are not paid on time, which reflects very poorly on the company’s ethics and professionalism. It creates unnecessary stress not just internally but externally as well. Overall, this is a place that drains you mentally and physically. There’s no respect for people, their time, or their well-being. Definitely not worth the toll it takes.
