      Pros

      People are nice and the training. Remote coding. PTO is okay would be nice to have paid holiday! Done done

      Cons

      Retention rate is TERRIBLE. Managers, directors, coders, and supervisors are always quitting. Not enough workers so the pressure to code out $$$$ is high.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
