Most people are great to work with and company makes sure employees follow the rules, mission, vision and values of the company. Growth potential is there if you want it.
Cons
The company is top heavy and getting more so every day. The lower rungs of the company need support personnel making work/home a little better. Young people are not always the ones, even with education, to take the lead.
