Pros
Great managers, coworkers, and Execs. The communication is better here than anywhere else I have worked (and I have been working for 50 years). There is a team spirit and general belief in helping each other toward a goal of providing excellent service. It is truly a team environment. There is available training, also health benefits as stated in other reviews, very good compensation package overall, clean atmosphere, nice workstations, great IT staff for support, occasional activity meetings with food provided.
Cons
I have the perfect job assignment, but I am nearing the end of my career. If you are young and looking for quick promotions, this might be difficult here. Namely, because it is so nice here and benefits and pay are good, that there is very little turnover. So, higher job availability is slow to come. But IUF offers great experience and can lead you to other jobs at IU if you are in need of faster promotions.
