      This place doesn't have any pros to tell

      Cons

      They will give you 6 to 7 branches to handle, management, it is like run here and there. Lot of sarcasm you will receive and not at work friendly environment. Unless you don't have any other option or if you are seriously looking for a career in insurance field this is not for you.

      Great place to work, they provide required training time to time.

      Nothing so far. But sometimes the working hours extends.

      Good leave system for employees

      Cons

      Upper management sucks, no action on any complaints, extremely low appraisal even during promotions, the window is between 7-8% which is an absolute shame. However extra work will be alloted to you immediately.
