if you just want a easy job, go with the flow, small office chit chat, place to retire, fairly kind people. This is the place for you.
Cons
Place is very old fashioned, all processes are all very inefficient. everyone there is old and waiting to pass away, nothing to learn, nobody wants to rock the boat so nothing has changed since the stone age. Very weird policy of changing CEO every few years often leads to projects being half done. Can have quite a bit of office politics. Pay is incredibly low not just that but unwilling to spend money on anything e.g. employee development programs.
