I loved my co-workers who turned into friends

All management has zero knowledge of the trade and try to undermine the professionals who do the work. I've spent almost 14 years with this company and not once got paid for the daily overtime. You also don't get paid if you can complete the job because of salesman mistakes, which totaled over $3000 in my last two months before having enough respect to quit. You get treated VERY poorly and most installers/salesman would love to leave but stay because they DO enjoy their job.

Day time position, paid weekly, clean office

Management does not give you adequate training, they use people and blame you for management mistakes.
