Pros

Hybrid after 90 days, Vacation time and PTO where solid.

Cons

High turn over, micromanagement, burnout common among staff, no standard operations of procedure, lack of clear communication, no recognition for work. Favoritism and bullying is an issue. Also hierarchy of disabilities is very much embedded here.
