Excellent work life balance. Pay is good driven by union negotiations and everyone is well compensated up and down the board. Safety is primary and the training and culture supports that up and down the board. The plants are old and unless major changes occur with regulatory bodies this one may be on the chopping block completely. The Missouri City plant is closing at the end of two thousand fifteen. The Blue Valley plant Is available however doesn't run and if it does it is only on for a few days. There are six fuel oil and gas fired peaking turbines located throughout the city for peak load
