The culture within is horrible and starts at the very top. They are in a mode of trying to become an Ames like contractor. Unfortunately these growing pains are at the expense of employees and treating them as a number. Their online hiring campaign has ran its course and people have figured out how they operate. There are serious issues within this company and the biggest is their “leaders”. You’ll hear a lot of them say how it’s like a family. This is the furthest thing from reality. I have never seen so many people, in high positions, talk about each other horribly and try to place blame on each other. The arrogance has been noticed by their suppliers, subcontractors and clients. They absolutely have a bully mentality. It’s a revolving door at this company and I would advise anybody thinking of working here to do your research and ask the hard questions to them in the interview process.
