Cons
Career perspective is limited. They only promote the people IBM wants to promote and most of the times these are not the best people or employees. The access to training is mostly decided by IBM, so you need to be in good relation with your IBM managers. Be very attentive at the salary increase, usually if you have very good feedback, you should receive a salary increase, but most of the times Incrys keeps the big part of your bonus and gives you just a little. You cannot develop too much in the company as you remain stuck on the same position and you can only get promises. A good way is to be friends with IBM managers in order to be sure that you can get privileges.
