Pros
Small telecomm company that is part of Constellation Software. Year end bonus is generous. Some employees have worked there for 5+ years on mission critical software.
Cons
Each project team has dedicated software and QA engineers. The writers, however, are expected to support all the teams and are spread thin. Hence there is no innovation in the technical documentation which is difficult to easily search, especially for global audiences.
