3 months notice period. They are hiring people unnecessarily just to fire them later. There are no projects for the people to be aligned to and senior management is careless and clueless. Company does not provide the necessary means for the people to work properly. For freshers, it is the worst company to join. You will destroy your career if you come here. There are no perks and we are not compensated according to the efforts we all are putting in. There is no customer satisfaction being focused on here. People do not know how to treat and even talk to clients. The company has no say or stand when it comes to customer interactions, more often than we Incedo is the one compromising and it feels like you have been assigned as a servant to the client. The most absurd thing is that even though the senior management is aware of such issues, they are not able to come out of their politics and blame game to focus on the real things at Incedo. Never join this organization if you have even a bit of self-respect and love for your career intact.
