I had the chance to work with an extremely talented and supportive team. The company maintains high standards, encourages collaboration, and gives you the opportunity to work on diverse and interesting projects. Processes are well structured, communication has always been open, and I truly learned a lot during my time here. It’s a great environment for developing your skills and growing as a professional.

In the more recent period, I felt that the focus shifted slightly more toward targets and less toward employee well-being. Nothing major, but paying closer attention to the needs and engagement of the team would make an already good environment even better.

The team is made up of talented professionals who provide daily opportunities for learning. The leadership encourages knowledge sharing and personal growth among team members. IFT value work-life balance, with early finishes at 1 PM on Fridays and monthly team-building games. Employees are treated with professionalism and fairness. The leadership team is understanding and does not make anyone feel guilty for needing to leave early or start later due to unforeseen circumstances. Each project is unique, which keeps you stimulated and engaged, rather than delivering the same cookie-cutter product to every client. Senior team members trust you with autonomy and welcome your suggestions on what is best for the client. Fully remote working and the ability to work from wherever you like. (within reason of time zones)
