Layoffs are happening constantly, and guess who stays? It’s always the sons, daughters, in-laws, and cousins of the CEO and CTO. None of them have been affected, while the rest of us are left wondering if we’ll have a job tomorrow. If you’re not part of their family, good luck hanging on to your position. There’s no merit system here at all—it doesn’t matter how much effort you put in or how much you contribute. Promotions and recognition go only to a select few who have the right connections.
The leadership is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. They don’t care about supporting their teams; they only care about making themselves look good, even if it means stepping on others to get ahead. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.
The company itself feels like it’s on life support. We aren’t selling anything that actually makes a difference, and the products are outdated with no real strategy to improve them. Everything feels like a show, with no substance behind it. Meanwhile, upper management, specifically CEO and CTO , seems focused only on flipping the company. There’s no passion for the product or the people here, just a desperate attempt to sell the company and cash out.
On top of all this, it’s impossible not to notice the lack of diversity in who gets ahead. Certain groups of people consistently do better when it comes to recognition and job security, and it creates an uncomfortable environment for everyone else. Honestly, I’ve never felt more disappointed or disillusioned by a company. I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone.
