Pros

- Technology is cool - Good pay

Cons

The environment is one of extreme micromanagement. The expectation is to be there 30 minutes early, skip lunch, and leave an hour late. There is nothing wrong with wanting people with strong work ethics, but the culture in this office strips away any will to work. Management refuses to listen and train employees. When employees ask questions to try to learn, management belittles them in front of everyone and will not answer the question. Management has been known to take back thriving accounts making it near impossible for employees to hit goals and earn bonuses. - micromanagement; no trust - upper management will talk poorly about every employee behind their back to the other employees. It is just a bad situation to be involved in. - no training - no flexibility to WFH - little opportunity for growth - very poor benefits - no diversity and some of management make inappropriate jokes - no HR department - trouble hiring and high turnover

Pros

Great atmosphere and pleasant co-workers.

Cons

Would be great if those with "college degrees", considered others input and what they have to say.
