Pros
Our work culture at InSolare is fantastic. Every person is regarded as a member of the family, and their opinions are taken into consideration. Everybody works together as a team, and each person's input is valued greatly. When it comes to working hours, we are flexible. Upgrading team skills is a top goal at InSolare, and training sessions were scheduled for each employee based on their ability level.
Cons
The drawbacks I experienced were quite general, similar to what I seen at previous jobs, and I don't think they would have an effect on your day-to-day activities.
