Pros
At InSolare, we have a great work culture. Every individual treated as family member and his/her points are considered. Everyone works in team spirit and every individuals contribution is well appreciated. We have flexibility with working timings. At InSolare, upgrading skills of the team is atmost priority and training sessions were arranged for all based on the skill set.
Cons
The cons i felt are very generic which i have observed at my other employers as well which I feel cannot impact your daily routine.
